• Provide clear, data-driven status reporting to leadership; facilitate executive reviews and decision-making

• Drive stakeholder alignment across technical and business domains in a global, matrixed environment

• Ensure adherence to Product Lifecycle (PLC), Quality Management System (QMS), and business process requirements

Other Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management, technology development, architecture, hardware, finance, design enablement and operations teams to ensure program success

• Partner with Business Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to support contractor onboarding, budgeting, and project tracking activities

• Monitor resource utilization and identify capacity constraints that may impact program schedules

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards

• Support internal and external audits as required

• Define, implement, and continuously improve program management processes, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor IP, product, or process development

• 3+ years in program or technical project management delivering complex programs to successful completion

• Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel)

• Solid understanding of automotive development flows and deliverables (AEC-Q100, PPAP/APQP)

• Experience managing relationships, performance, quality, capacity, cost, and execution with OSAT suppliers

• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs

• Strong execution mindset with a track record of meeting commitments and driving outcomes

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in dynamic environments

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization and external stakeholders

• Demonstrated success working in global, distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 55LPx CMOS or similar process nodes

• Background in packaging and/or test engineering

• Experience with Supplier Quality Management (SQM)
