About the job

What you’ll do:

Are you energized by building teams, launching new facilities, and shaping the future of manufacturing? Eaton Corporation’s Assemblies & Residential Solutions (ARS) business is seeking a dynamic PMO Director – Capacity Expansion to lead some of the organization’s most visible and strategic growth initiatives. This position is eligible for remote work within any of the listed geographic locations. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who choose to reside within fifty (50) miles of any Eaton facility in these regions.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will build and lead a high-performing team of Program Managers responsible for executing an ambitious growth strategy across the ARS portfolio. You will drive large-scale manufacturing transformation projects that expand capacity for rapidly growing power distribution assemblies, enabling Eaton to meet accelerating customer demand and sustain market leadership.

Your impact will be seen across a diverse range of mission-critical initiatives, including: •    Greenfield manufacturing facility development from concept through startup and continual production ramp •    Brownfield plant expansions that increase production capability and operational efficiency •    Product line transfers and transitions between existing manufacturing sites •    Strategic manufacturing network optimization and other enterprise-wide growth initiatives

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence manufacturing strategy at a business-wide level while leading cross-functional teams through complex, high-value projects. Success requires a leader who combines deep experience in new plant construction and startup with proven expertise in project management, stakeholder leadership, and operational execution. An owner mindset is a critical component for effective problem solving, decision making, driving action, and seamless transition.

Reporting directly to the ARS PMO Director and dotted-line to the ARS VP of Manufacturing Strategy, you will serve as a key driver of Eaton’s next phase of growth-transforming strategy into reality and helping build the manufacturing footprint of the future. If you're passionate about creating what’s next, leading transformational change, and delivering results on a scale, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
