Build Your Future in Procurement International Motors is seeking an ambitious, analytical, and growth-oriented professional to join our Procurement organization as a Supply Manager supporting the Cabin & Electronics Tower. As a Supply Manager, you will help execute sourcing strategies, support supplier performance, resolve supply chain challenges, and contribute to business decisions that affect product launches and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Category Managers to execute sourcing, commercial, and supplier-management strategies across the Electronics portfolio.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and program objectives.
- Help resolve supply chain issues that could affect manufacturing operations or product launches.
- Manage contract pricing updates in collaboration with Category Managers, Commodity Managers, and Finance.
- Support supplier negotiations, pricing analysis, contract implementation, and commercial issue resolution.
- Participate in supplier performance reviews and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding activities, including system setup and nondisclosure agreements.
- Build productive working relationships with suppliers and cross-functional partners.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and supply risk mitigation.
- Prepare and present recommendations, project updates, and supplier performance information to
- Procurement leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of category strategy, total cost of ownership, and supplier relationship management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of purchasing/procurement experience
OR
- Master's degree and no experience
OR
- At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience

- Knowledge of total cost of ownership principles.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a cross-functional or project-based environment.
