Associate Project Manager

In this position, you'll partner with marketing, design, production, and business teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, on budget, and on brand. You'll serve as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and helping deliver impactful creative solutions that support business objectives. What you'll be doing:

  • Create clear, concise, and comprehensive creative briefs and project work orders to support successful project execution.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with project requirements.
  • Maintain project trackers and monitor project status, milestones, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with marketing, design, production, and business teams to support the development and execution of creative campaigns and materials.
  • Ensure all necessary project information, marketing plans, and supporting documentation are provided to creative teams.
  • Facilitate internal creative reviews and provide coordination support throughout the development process.
  • Communicate project updates, feedback, and change requests between stakeholders and creative teams while managing expectations.
  • Review client and stakeholder requests, evaluate timeline and budget impacts, and recommend alternative solutions when appropriate.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables comply with brand standards, legal requirements, regulatory guidelines, and company processes.

What's needed - Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1+ years of project coordination, marketing, creative operations, or related experience.
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to new initiatives and changing business needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

What's needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience coordinating creative, marketing, or project-based initiatives.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and creative workflow processes.
  • Experience using project management platforms and workflow tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Workfront, or similar project management software.
  • Understanding of creative development, digital marketing, and production processes.
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing practices.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining quality standards.
