·         Lead business reviews, performance action plans, escalations, and continuous improvement across assigned practices.

·         Monitor key operational and revenue cycle indicators and ensure accountable owners, timelines, and follow-through.

·         Coordinate enterprise resources to address barriers involving access, billing, coding, denials, collections, systems, workflows, or service delivery.

·         Lead, coach, and develop assigned regional leaders and team members.

·         Set clear expectations for onsite partnership, communication, issue escalation, and performance management.

·         Build capability in financial acumen, data interpretation, client partnership, and operational improvement.

·         Serve as a trusted partner to practice administrators, physicians, clinical leaders, finance, revenue cycle, technology, and enterprise operations.

·         Provide concise executive reporting on regional performance, risks, progress, and support required.

·         Ensure regional activities align with policy, contractual commitments, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards.

·         Seven or more years of progressive healthcare operations, physician practice, revenue cycle, ambulatory, or regional leadership experience.

·         Three or more years of people leadership or multi-site operational leadership experience.

·         Demonstrated experience improving performance across multiple practices, facilities, or markets.

·         Experience partnering with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and senior executives.

·         No specific certification is required.
