Job Description:

**L3Harris Technologies Company is seeking an Associate Manager, Operations Management, based at our AMF South facility. This leader will manage a team of Operations Integrators who are responsible for product strategy, project management of new programs, and KPI’s associated to in-production programs.

The role leads the Operations Integrators in long-term product vision and roadmaps with day-to-day production readiness, throughput, and common manufacturing practices on the floor. Team leadership, coaching, reviews of product planning, sprint planning, program direction, shop floor escalation resolution, performance data analysis, and executive-level reporting on product and production health.**

Essential Functions:

**- Leading a team of Operations Integrators.

• Product Strategy and Vision.

• Cross-Functional collaboration with applicable knowledge across the full realm of common aerospace functions (Engineering, Quality, Scheduling and Material Planning, Tooling, and Manufacturing Operations).

• Making data-driven decisions.

• Manage Program relationships with AMF – S Operations Integrated Planning Team.

• Escalation Management.

• Ability to obtain a US secret security clearance.**

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior leadership experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior leadership experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior leadership experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

**- Relevant aerospace or military managerial experience is preferred.

• Experience with Composite Manufacturing in the Aerospace Industry is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups.
