This role goes far beyond scheduling. It requires a high degree of professionalism, accountability, and client dedication as the Coordinator manages an assigned territory end-to-end, ensuring that all inspections are handled with accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities

-
Proactively reach out to clients and agents to initiate and confirm inspection appointments, maintaining appropriate follow-up cadence and clear records of all scheduling activity.
-
Coordinate directly with agents and internal stakeholders to align on scheduling strategies, address territory-specific needs, and ensure inspections are sequenced efficiently.
-
Navigate and leverage internal systems and tools — including scheduling platform, mapping tools, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel — to manage workflow with precision and efficiency.
