About the job

Shape the future of threat detection and security product delivery at one of the world's most complex financial institutions. In this role, you will lead cross-functional product delivery across high-stakes programs—translating strategy into execution and driving outcomes that directly support the firm's security mission. You will work at the intersection of technology, data, and operational security, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver capabilities that protect the firm and its people.

As a Product Delivery Manager at JPMorganChase within the Global Security Threat Detection & Analytics team, you will own end-to-end delivery leadership across Insider Threat, Strategic Threats, and Workplace Violence programs. You will serve as the central coordination point between product strategy and technology execution—driving roadmap delivery, managing dependencies, and ensuring that capabilities are built with the right controls, quality, and adoption in mind. This is an opportunity to build repeatable delivery practices and institutional product knowledge within a mission-driven security environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery across multiple threat detection and analytics programs, ensuring alignment between roadmap priorities, technology capacity, and business outcomes
  • Serve as the primary coordination point between product management and technology partners—managing dependencies, removing blockers, and driving timely execution of the product roadmap
  • Define and track product objectives, key performance indicators, and success measures including operational effectiveness, timeliness, quality, reliability, and user adoption
  • Translate program needs into initiatives, epics, and user stories in partnership with program-level delivery managers, ensuring consistent intake, prioritization, and documentation standards
  • Maintain a consistent operating cadence including roadmap reviews, sprint and program reviews, stakeholder updates, risk and issue management, and decision logs
  • Coordinate across engineering, data, analytics, and platform teams to deliver capabilities through clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and disciplined execution practices
  • Drive delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams—managing scope, timeline, quality, and cost—including escalation management and executive-level communications
  • Ensure product capabilities are designed with appropriate controls and that delivery activities align with legal, privacy, and governance requirements
  • Build trusted partnerships across security, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders, communicating complex topics clearly to varied audiences including senior leaders
  • Support change management and adoption planning for delivered capabilities, including training needs, operating model impacts, documentation, and feedback loops

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product delivery, program management, or related roles with demonstrated roadmap ownership and delivery accountability
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across multiple teams and workstreams, including planning, sequencing, dependency management, risk and issue management, and executive reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready briefings and synthesize complex topics for diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Experience operating in a controlled or regulated environment with demonstrated sensitivity to legal, privacy, and risk considerations
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple programs and teams without relying on formal authority
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as security studies, intelligence studies, computer science, cybersecurity, data analysis, or a related discipline

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior experience within a global security or comparable enterprise security organization delivering products used by operational threat programs
  • Familiarity with insider threat, strategic threats, workplace violence, investigative or analytical workflows, or behavioral threat concepts
  • Experience with threat detection or analytics platforms and concepts such as user activity monitoring, user behavior analytics, rules and policy engines, alert triage workflows, and metrics-driven performance monitoring
  • Data fluency including experience with query tools, dashboards, or visualizations, and comfort partnering with data science and engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build repeatable delivery frameworks, product playbooks, and institutional knowledge within a complex, matrixed organization
