Digital Printer Center Associate – 1st Shift

Pay: $18.00/hour Overtime Pay: $27.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

We are hiring a Digital Printer Center Associate to support production and warehouse operations at a packaging facility in Indianapolis. This position involves light-duty work, assisting with digital printing operations, handling printed materials, and helping ensure products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily digital printing and production activities.
• Help prepare materials and supplies for printing jobs.
• Load, unload, sort, and organize printed materials as needed.
• Inspect printed products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Package and prepare finished products for the next stage of production.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow production procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist team members with general warehouse and light-duty production tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, printing, or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform light-duty tasks throughout the shift.
