Quality Technician – Manufacturing
Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM | $19.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM | $20.00/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Quality Technicians to inspect products and materials throughout the manufacturing process. This position helps ensure products meet established quality standards, identifies defects or inconsistencies, and supports production teams in maintaining accurate and consistent results.
Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality and accuracy.
- Perform quality checks according to established specifications and procedures.
- Identify, document, and report defects or quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
- Communicate quality issues to production personnel and supervisors.
- Assist with identifying and addressing recurring quality problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
- Follow all company quality standards and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous quality inspection or quality technician experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written instructions and quality specifications.
- Basic measurement and documentation skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.
