-
Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement: Track operational issues through closure, identify recurring problems, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement root-cause solutions rather than temporary workarounds.
-
Align cross-functional stakeholders: Work closely with field execution leaders, enablement teams, operations, and other partners to coordinate timelines, readiness expectations, and support models while minimizing last-minute disruptions.
-
Monitor execution performance: Maintain an integrated overview of readiness indicators, dependencies, and potential risks, providing actionable updates and recommendations to execution leadership.
-
Improve launch methodologies: Capture lessons learned from launches and change initiatives and translate them into stronger readiness playbooks, reusable templates, and standardized operating procedures.

Provide flexible execution support: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support multiple portfolios or workstreams as needed to maintain operational continuity during periods of significant change.
Requirements

Project and program execution: Demonstrated ability to coordinate operational initiatives, translate strategic plans into practical deliverables, and ensure activities are completed within established timelines.
-
Change and launch management: Familiarity with launch readiness frameworks, cutover planning, hypercare support, structured issue management, or similar operational transition practices is an advantage.
-
Risk management and problem-solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify dependencies, anticipate operational challenges, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
-
Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to align stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive accountability without direct managerial authority.
