Carpenter

Pay: $18.00 per hour, with the opportunity to increase to $20.00 per hour following a performance review within the first couple of weeks.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dependable Carpenter with strong hands-on construction skills and the ability to complete projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints, building cabinets and structures, and completing custom carpentry projects according to project specifications.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and can work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Build and install cabinets, structures, and custom carpentry projects.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately.
• Complete carpentry projects from start to finish.
• Follow project plans, instructions, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on carpentry and construction experience required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience building cabinets, structures, and custom projects.
• Ability to follow detailed specifications and complete projects independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full scheduled day.
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt to different project needs.

Pay and Performance Review

• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Opportunity to increase to $20.00 per hour following a performance review within the first couple of weeks.
• Pay increase is based on performance and demonstrated skills.

Work Schedule

• Start time: Typically between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• End time: Generally between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM.
• Daily hours may vary depending on project requirements and workload.
• Flexibility is important, as schedules may change based on project needs.
