Standard Job Description

Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment. Performs basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing, plastic or sheet metal fabrication, or associated work on plant facilities using hand and power tools. May be required to troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and reports them to supervisor. May interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years practical experience working in facilities in a industrial environment. Basic computer skills Must have ability to obtain a security clearance. Must possess valid Drivers Licenses High School Diploma or GED Good attendance record

Computer skills Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work with minimum supervision Willing to work in a shop/industrial environment (30 degrees to 120 degrees) Must posses good safety record Willing to work overtime when needed Ability to lift 30 pounds with ease

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $45200.00 - $84000.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
