  • Reduce avoidable demand through root-cause elimination, proactive communications, self-service, automation, and preventative interventions

  • Own effective control design, regulatory compliance, issue remediation, and reduction of payroll corrections, overpayments, underpayments, and clawbacks

  • Establish global data definitions, governance, analytics, and decision-quality executive reporting

  • Set the technology roadmap by defining business requirements, prioritizing investments, improving systems/integrations/digital capabilities, developing business cases, and tracking benefits realization to deliver measurable reductions in financial leakage

  • Demonstrated success standardizing global processes while balancing enterprise requirements with regional and regulatory obligations

  • Strong capability across strategy, service operations, risk and controls, data governance, technology, financial management, and benefits realization

  • Proven ability to simplify complex processes, reduce avoidable demand, improve customer outcomes, and deliver measurable business value

  • Executive presence and influence, including experience establishing governance, making cross-functional decisions, resolving escalations, and leading through ambiguity

  • Ability to build inclusive, high-performing teams and strengthen workforce capability, succession, and subject-matter expertise

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience with enterprise timekeeping, attendance, leave, disability, accommodation, or absence management capabilities and journeys
