Senior Director, Enterprise Operations & Services (Hybrid - Columbia, SC)

The Senior Director of Enterprise Operations & Services drives enterprise-wide process improvement and operational efficiency by leading strategic initiatives, optimizing workflows, and ensuring measurable business impact. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable improvements that enhance performance, reduce costs, and support organizational goals.

What You'll Do

*Continuous Improvement Leadership *

• Define and prioritize enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.

• Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and solution design sessions.

• Monitor and report measurable business outcomes from improvement projects.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through education and communication.

*Operational Performance Oversight *

• Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards for critical operational areas.

• Conduct cost and process efficiency analyses to identify optimization opportunities.

• Oversee operational expense monitoring and recommend cost-saving strategies.

• Coordinate data collection and consolidation for performance reporting across functions.

*Strategic Project Governance *

• Provide formal oversight for key improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

• Prepare and review business cases to support decision-making.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in leadership

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, banking, or financial services

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting, strong knowledge of process automation.

• Strategic and critical thinking, facilitation and presentation skills, operational oversight.
