About the job
We’re hiring Welders / Fabricators to fabricate high-quality metal parts, subassemblies, and finished products in a production manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on welding role where you’ll work from blueprints and work instructions, position and secure metal components, adjust welding equipment, complete welds in multiple positions, and inspect your work to make sure it meets quality standards.
You’ll also use grinders and other finishing tools, operate overhead cranes to position parts, and work across different production areas as needed.
What makes this role great:
- Hands-On Welding Work: Spend your shift actively welding, fitting, grinding, and assembling metal components
- Multiple Welding Positions: Gain experience welding in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions
- Production Variety: Work on different parts, subassemblies, and finished products across multiple production areas
- Opportunity to Grow: Cross-train across the operation and build broader manufacturing experience
- Certification-Based Role: Candidates will complete and maintain a Welder Qualification Test
