Heavy Lifter – Warehouse Associate

Location: Lavonia, GA Pay: $17.00 per hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Overview

We are hiring dependable, hardworking Heavy Lifters to support warehouse and material handling operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a physically demanding position that requires frequent lifting and moving of heavy materials weighing 40 pounds or more.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, can stay active throughout their shift, and take pride in working safely and efficiently as part of a team.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM

Pay: $17.00 per hour for 1st & 2nd Shift, $19.00 per hour for weekend shift

Job Responsibilities

• Lift, carry, move, and position heavy materials weighing 40 pounds or more.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving products throughout the work area.
• Support daily warehouse and material handling operations.
• Organize materials and maintain an orderly work environment.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures when lifting and handling heavy items.
• Work with team members to complete daily tasks and meet productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move materials weighing 40 pounds or more.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience is preferred but not required.
