Dispatcher – Transportation & Warehouse Operations

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Location: Imlay City, MI Schedule: 1st Shift – Generally 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Flexible)

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and dependable Dispatcher to support daily transportation and warehouse operations in Imlay City, MI. This position is responsible for coordinating communication between drivers and loaders, managing schedules, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing schedules, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and schedules between drivers and loaders.
• Communicate scheduling updates, assignments, and operational needs.
• Monitor schedules and make adjustments as needed.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or operational delays.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members.
• Assist with coordinating daily transportation and warehouse activities.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
• Support daily operational goals and help maintain an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or transportation experience preferred.
