disciplines.

• Schedule and facilitate internal reviews with clear agendas aligned to

project milestones.

• Attend creative reviews and document feedback, direction, and next steps

for team alignment.

• Collect and quality check work across teams, preparing materials for

internal and client presentations.

• Partner with Creative Resource Management to support team staffing and

• Collaborate with Account leadership to maintain accurate and up-to-date

• Maintain and update master calendars across all active projects.

• Develop and refine communication and workflow processes to improve

efficiency and clarity.

• Uphold MAL and Apple confidentiality across the full project lifecycle.

• Partner with Localization teams to onboard and plan for global rollout.

• Build strong cross-functional relationships and develop a deep

understanding of agency operations.

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong commitment to quality

and follow-through.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

and tight timelines.

• A clear and confident communicator, able to guide teams and keep

stakeholders aligned.

• Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate challenges

and manage expectations.

• Able to manage large group settings and facilitate productive

conversations.

• Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in how creative work is

made.

• Collaborative by nature, building strong relationships across disciplines and

levels.

• Brings a calm, structured approach to complex and fast-moving projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple workstreams

simultaneously.

• Experience facilitating meetings, creative reviews, and stakeholder

communications.

• Familiarity with resource management and staffing coordination.

• Strong documentation and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
