As part of the Value Prop Team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and optimizing team dynamics to enhance overall performance. This initiative focuses on team well-being, performance analysis, trend identification, and recommendations that align with strategic objectives. Your work will contribute to maximizing productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
· Measure and analyze team performance and identify patterns for further investigation
· Implement project management skills and practices
· Collaborate across business units with various stakeholders in a professional setting
· Provide feedback to improve team workflows, team effectiveness, and evaluate impact
· Participate in data collection efforts impacting cross-functional departments
· Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
· Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Operations Management, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
· Must be available for the duration of the internship program
· Enrolled in an accredited college or university during participation
· Professional communication skills with all leadership levels
· Team-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement
· Strong organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
· Basic data analytics proficiency
· Willingness to learn new skills
