Key Responsibilities

Freight Operations & Execution

Jump into the action by coordinating and executing shipments from pickup through delivery

Systems & Process Management

Get hands-on with load details in our internal systems (including Transport Pro)

Keep everything crystal clear across customer portals and tracking tools—accuracy is your superpower

Stay organized by ensuring all shipment documentation is complete and ready to go

Communication & Collaboration

Be the connector! Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly

Team up with Carrier Sales and Account Management to support customer needs and celebrate wins together

Carrier Sales Exposure & Development

Qualifications
