How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
- Ensure monthly alignment between multiple ERP systems (SAP / Epicor)
- Prepare monthly close general ledger entries and cash flow adjustments
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with annual operating and capital plans and load into SmartView
- Prepare plan and forecast variance explanations
- Aid in preparing presentations to senior management regarding financial and strategic activities for the company
- Prepare financial analyses of all manufacturing variances and present to Controller Assist with monthly forecast and load into SmartView
- Team with Delta’s internal auditors, as necessary, to ensure an efficient and effective audit process, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Maintain a solid understanding of assigned business areas and related strategic objectives, reporting requirements and financial needs
- Cash forecasting
- This position requires effective communication across the DFP organization and with Delta’s Finance, IT and Technical organization.

- Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
- Other adhoc support and analysis as needed
- Identify and resolve Epicor issues, including assisting in creating and setting policies and controls
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

Minimum of 3-5 years of recent analytical finance and / or accounting experience.

Must have demonstrable financial acumen, preferably involving experience in an organization with engineering and manufacturing capabilities.

Strong presentations skills, both written and oral required.

Candidate must possess robust analytical skills and excellent organizational skills.

The candidate must also be a team player with the capacity to deliver results and be able to successfully interact with all levels of management.

Must possess advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

Must have a working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion and Epicor.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
- Experience at F100, Big 4, or other large multinational entity
- SQL experience
