About the job

Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or business discipline. Minimum 10+ years of Program / Project Management or implementation consulting experience including delivering software solutions in an agile environment. Proven track record in technical program management, driving enterprise-level initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. Exceptional leadership abilities and highly developed interpersonal skills drive and achieve major transformational outcomes through influence, while lacking direct reporting authority. Critical thinking skills to enable contributions to solving complex business problems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and leverage data to drive decision-making. Deep ability to drive decision-making processes within the organization, using Strategic Thinking skills. Excellent skills in collaboration and coordination across diverse teams and functions. Proficiency in developing structured and impactful executive presentations. Process Improvement: Strong process improvement and organizational skills to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in executing strategic initiatives. Continual knowledge of evolving technology landscape, both internal and external, to help shape solutions to have technical longevity. In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies and their application to business opportunities. In-depth knowledge of business operations, objectives, and strategies. In-depth knowledge of agile methodology, and ability to mobilize multiple agile delivery teams across multiple domains towards a single mission. Strong knowledge of technology and industry trends. Able to lead technical decisions and problem-solving using expertise.
