Job Description & Summary
The Opportunity
As a Rev Cycle Managed Services - CDI/HIM - Senior Manager you will lead client support work within our Finance Consulting practice, focused on financial operations services that improve process efficiency, strengthen controls, and support revenue cycle performance. As a Senior Manager you will guide large work efforts, bring strategic judgment to complex issues, coach teams through ambiguity, and communicate clear direction to diverse stakeholders. In this role at PwC, you will draw on your knowledge of managed services, process automation, and financial shared services to help clients refine CDI and HIM operations, align service delivery to business needs, and move work forward with discipline and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Leading revenue cycle managed services initiatives across CDI and HIM operations, aligning service delivery with client goals and contract requirements
- Advising clients on process improvement opportunities across clinical documentation, health information management, and revenue integrity workflows
- Directing large workstreams that support chart review, query practices, coding support, and documentation quality activities
- Applying knowledge of financial operations, managed services, and healthcare revenue cycle processes to identify control gaps and operational inefficiencies
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to address complex issues affecting documentation quality, coding accuracy, and reimbursement outcomes
- Using data analysis, reporting, and trend review to monitor service performance, identify risk areas, and guide corrective actions
- Developing scalable process improvements that streamline operations, reduce rework, and support consistent delivery across client environments
- Coaching team members through ambiguous situations, reinforcing technical standards, and supporting ongoing skill development
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant
- Applying revenue cycle managed services knowledge to CDI/HIM operations
- Leading client conversations across complex financial operations settings
- Applying systems thinking to identify workflow gaps and opportunities
- Coaching teams through ambiguity, change, and competing priorities
- Crafting clear messages that connect operational details and outcomes

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
