How You Will Make an Impact
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational objectives
- Assess structure, policies and operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced planning
- Compile, analyze and present complex data to support decision-making on current and future operations
- Create detailed reports, charts and presentations to propose strategies for successful business changes
- Develop project estimates by identifying phases, required personnel and associated costs
- Analyze external market dynamics and data sources to uncover trends and present actionable recommendations to management
- Recommend improvements that leverage new technology or alternative applications of existing systems

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- 5+ years of business analysis or related experience
Skills
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Independently work and in a team collaborative environment
- Prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data
- Quick identification of business problems and opportunities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and other software applications
