What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely load, unload, and transfer cement and other materials using terminal equipment and systems.
  • Monitor terminal operations and perform routine inspections to support safe, efficient operations.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of terminal equipment and facilities.
  • Maintain accurate operating records and support inventory control activities.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, customers, drivers, and contractors to ensure excellent service and operational performance.

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in an active terminal environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
  • Requires standing, walking, climbing ladders and stairs, lifting materials, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • May require occasional overtime, weekend work, and participation in on-call coverage as needed to support business operations.

  • Competitive base salary $51,580 - $60,605 ($24.80 - $29.14)
