Location: Majestic Elementary Applicant must be highly qualified. This would include one of the following:
-
Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college/university; or
-
48 semester hours from an accredited college/university; or
-
Pass the ParaPro Assessment
Looking for someone who is patient, dependable, and able to build positive relationships with elementary students.
Must be able to support academic, social, and behavioral needs through small-group instruction and classroom push-in support while promoting a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment.
Must complete Basic Training (5 hours) provided by JSD Special Education Department. Training must be completed within one week of hire as a condition of employment. Additional training is available through the Special Education department allowing the employee to increase to lane 4 upon completion.
Effective July 1, 2026 Lane 3 Step 1 ($19.94/Hour)
