Team Overview

A Semiconductor Maintenance Tech Intern, you will get the chance to gain hands-on experience in maintaining and supporting semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including fixturing, calibration, and system walkdowns
  • Support process documentation by helping develop and update manufacturing process records
  • Perform equipment startups and validations under supervision, ensuring compliance with semiconductor manufacturing standards
  • Document maintenance activities and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
  • Work in cleanroom or restricted-access areas following strict safety and contamination control protocols
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve equipment problems and improve process efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate program in mechatronics, robotics, engineering technology or related technical programs.
  • Foundational knowledge of concepts, tools, or methods relevant to the internship (Mechanical proficiency with the ability to understand and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
  • Basic knowledge of AC/DC circuits and electrical fundamentals.
  • Intermediate PC skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and cleanroom protocols
  • Demonstrated ability to apply classroom learning through coursework, projects, laboratory work, research, or other relevant experience.
  • Available for the full internship period.
