Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Learning & Development professional to serve as the program manager for our enterprise manager training initiatives. This role focuses on driving execution of large-scale leadership development programs, redesigning online manager training content, and shaping and delivering the HR development strategy. This ideal candidate brings strong program management capabilities, a strategic mindset, and experience optimizing learning solutions at scale.
Essential Functions:

Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of the enterprise-wide manager training program, ensuring milestones, resources, and stakeholders remain aligned.

Redesign and modernize online manager training content to ensure relevance, user engagement, and alignment with enterprise leadership expectations.

Conduct learning needs analyses, evaluate manager development programs, and develop data‑driven success measures to identify gaps, enhance program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.

Manage and maintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless learner access and accurate program configuration.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and effective communication of program objectives.

Manage relationships with external training vendors, including scoping needs, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring alignment with enterprise program objectives.

Promote and drive adoption of enterprise on‑demand learning resources to support continuous development and self‑service learning.

Execute the HR development strategy while also leading strategic planning to strengthen future HR capability.

Stay informed on learning and development best practices and emerging technologies to continuously strengthen enterprise learning solutions.

Complete other Learning & Development-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
