As a Senior Manager, Tax Planning Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted subject matter expert helping high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners navigate sophisticated tax planning opportunities. Working closely with Wealth Advisors and Financial Consultants, you’ll provide education, planning insights, and tax strategies that support more informed financial decisions and strengthen client outcomes.

Through ongoing collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development, you’ll continue expanding your expertise in advanced tax strategies, wealth planning, client consultation, and cross-functional partnership.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified locations.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • Tax Planning: Ability to apply advanced tax strategies to help clients achieve effective short- and long-term tax outcomes.

  • Diagnostic Information Gathering: Ability to identify stated and unstated client needs to develop tailored planning recommendations.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex financial and tax information to provide sound guidance and strategic insights.

  • Communication: Ability to explain sophisticated tax concepts clearly to clients, advisors, and internal partners.

  • Building Collaborative Relationships: Ability to create trusted partnerships with Financial Consultants and Wealth Advisors to support client success.

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • CPA, LLM, or MBA/EA combination

  • Active FINRA Series 65 licenses

  • May be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment

  • Ability to travel approximately 10%-25%

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
