Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

As a Financial Services International Tax Compliance Manager you will advise clients on international tax compliance, planning, and structuring matters within our Tax Services practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach colleagues, manage project workstreams, and apply judgment while reviewing deliverables, solving complex issues, and supporting client relationships. In this role at PwC, you will work on cross-border tax matters, help coordinate timelines and deliverables, and contribute to work that supports multinational businesses as they navigate changing tax rules and reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Leading international tax compliance workstreams for financial services clients across global business structures
  • Managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables for cross-border tax compliance engagements
  • Reviewing tax returns, tax provisions, tax documentation, and supporting workpapers for accuracy and technical consistency
  • Analyzing controlled foreign company rules, tax laws, and regulatory changes to support compliance planning
  • Developing tax research and documenting positions for multinational clients with complex entity structures
  • Coaching team members on tax preparation, documentation standards, and client service delivery
  • Monitoring workflow priorities and reallocating resources to address shifting client needs and deadlines
  • Using tax modeling and integrated global structuring skills to support compliance analysis and reporting
  • Coordinating with client finance and tax teams to gather data, resolve issues, and clarify filing requirements
  • Identifying process improvements and technology opportunities that streamline recurring tax compliance activities

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
