  • Hybrid position: 4 days per week onsite

Salary Range

What This Role Does

This position supports clinical and operational teams by leveraging health informatics, data analytics, reporting, and clinical information systems to improve workflows, patient experience, and organizational outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing healthcare and operational data
  • Building reports and dashboards
  • Supporting performance improvement initiatives
  • Developing educational materials and end-user support resources
  • Collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders
  • Managing ad hoc projects and process improvement efforts
  • Presenting data trends and recommendations to leadership
  • Supporting adoption of healthcare technology and system enhancements

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in: Health Informatics Clinical Applications Clinical Systems Analyst Healthcare IT Clinical Operations Analytics EHR/EMR support or optimization

Required Knowledge

  • Clinical information systems
  • Health Information Technology (HIT)
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Change management
  • Project management
  • Healthcare operations

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor's degree in: Health Informatics Healthcare Administration Nursing Public Health Information Systems Related field

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Informatics certification
  • Epic experience
  • Fellowship or formal Health Informatics training
  • Experience supporting physicians, nurses, or clinical workflows
