Overview
We are seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to join our team in Mississippi. The Senior Client Service Manager is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts within a branch that consistently meets or exceeds revenue benchmark expectations. In this role, you will directly contribute to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role working from one of our Mississippi offices 2-3 days a week and attending in-person meetings with clients.
How you'll make an impact
- Successfully and profitably manage an assigned group of accounts.
- Build and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care.
- In partnership with the Production team, take a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner.
- Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
- Cultivate relationships within client organizations.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous employee benefits insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
