Construction Laborer

Cedar City, UT****

We’re looking for reliable, safety-minded individuals to come join our Suncore team!****

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and prepare work areas, remove hazards, and maintain an organized work environment
• Direct traffic around active work zones and help ensure safe movement through construction areas
• Measure, mark, and record distances and openings to prepare areas for construction
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and level and compact soil using hand tools and equipment
• Use hand signals and clear communication to help guide machinery, materials, and equipment safely
• Follow instructions, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing the job right the first time

What We're Looking For:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Put safety first and look out for their teammates
• Show up ready to work and can be counted on
• Take direction, follow instructions, and communicate well
• Work well with others and contribute to a positive crew environment
• Are comfortable working outdoors in changing weather, including heat
• Can handle the physical demands of construction, including prolonged periods of bending or sitting and lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance
