The Role

As a Cable Technician at Iowa Structured Cabling LLC, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various cabling systems. You will work closely with clients to ensure their cabling needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Install and configure structured cabling systems for voice, data, and video applications.

• Conduct site surveys to assess cabling requirements and provide recommendations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve cabling issues to ensure optimal performance.

• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service records.

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance skills and service offerings.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in cabling installation and maintenance.

• Familiarity with various cabling types, including copper and fiber optics.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Nice to Have

• Experience with network infrastructure and equipment.
