We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Product Analyst to join our Managed Accounts Solutions Platform team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
-
Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for a defined product area, including regulatory, control, resiliency, data, and operational considerations, by engaging stakeholders, reviewing policy and control frameworks, and translating business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
-
Create and maintain high-quality analysis artifacts, such as current- and future-state process flows, user journeys, decision tables, data mappings, and traceability matrices, by applying process modeling and analysis techniques to support shared understanding across Product, Engineering, Controls, and Operations.
-
Support backlog readiness and refinement with the Product Owner by shaping well-formed stories and acceptance criteria, clarifying scope and edge cases, and highlighting downstream impacts, to ensure delivery teams have the information needed for predictable, high-quality execution.
-
Conduct impact analysis across adjacent workflows, systems, and controls by assessing change implications, surfacing dependencies and risks early, and contributing to risk-aware decisions that align with regulatory expectations and operational constraints.
-
Partner with testing teams to validate requirements and acceptance criteria by reviewing test scenarios, supporting UAT from a business-process perspective, triaging defects, and ensuring traceability from requirements through test outcomes and release.
-
Support launch and BAU handover by preparing and maintaining process updates, standard operating procedures/work-instructions, RACI and control documentation, and training materials in partnership with Product and Operations, while escalating to Senior Business Analysts when analysis complexity, regulatory risk, or cross-pod dependencies exceed pod scope.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
-
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business, Engineering, information systems, or a related discipline preferred.
-
Training or certification in business analysis, agile product delivery, or process improvement, such as CBAP, Scrum, or Lean/Six Sigma, preferred.
-
0-2 years of experience.
-
Strong business analysis and process modeling skills, including requirements elicitation, workflow and data analysis, and creation of clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile environment.
-
Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions across Product Owners, Engineers, QA, Controls, and Operations, and to document decisions, risks, and traceability for regulatory and audit needs.
-
Structured problem-solving, time-management, and risk-awareness capabilities, enabling management of multiple work items within a sprint cadence while maintaining focus on quality, delivery readiness, and operational and regulatory impacts.
