About the job
The people here at Apple don't just create products—they create the kind of wonder that's revolutionized entire industries. It's the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it.
Apple's Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our customers.
The US Enterprise Channel Digital team transforms how enterprise customers discover, select, and purchase Apple products through reseller and procurement platforms. As the Digital Commerce Platforms Lead, you drive execution of Apple's integration roadmap across the procurement platforms where our largest customers transact. You'll assess how systems connect from customer to reseller to fulfillment, identify gaps in eProcurement integrations, catalog feeds, and ordering workflows, and lead improvements that make Apple easier to buy at scale. You'll build direct relationships with leading platform partners and work cross-functionally to improve how Apple shows up out of the box. The end-to-end buying journey informs your priorities, but the core of this role is the systems, integrations, and partner relationships that power enterprise commerce.
Responsibilities
- Integration Execution & Systems
- Drive Apple's integration priorities across the eProcurement and reseller platforms where our largest enterprise customers transact, partnering with leadership to shape strategy and roadmap.
- Assess the full procurement path from customer to reseller to fulfillment, identifying gaps and friction across eProcurement integrations, punchout catalogs, catalog feeds,
- API-based ordering, and B2B order flows.
- Lead improvements to how Apple products appear and transact within procurement platforms, including catalog configuration, product content, platform capabilities, and purchasing workflows.
- I
- dentify emerging platform capabilities and integration patterns that make it easier for enterprise customers to buy Apple at scale, and recommend where to invest.
- Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain direct relationships with leading procurement platform partners and reseller digital teams, aligning platform improvements with their existing B2B commerce infrastructure and customer experiences.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to improve how Apple shows up out of the box across partner platforms.
- Communicate platform priorities clearly, influence stakeholders, and align teams around shared goals. Contribute to business cases that help leadership secure investment in high-impact integration and journey improvements.
- Buying Journey & Customer Experience
- Research, map, and continuously improve the end-to-end device selection and buying journey for enterprise customers, from new hire rollout through lifecycle management.
- Translate customer and partner insights into platform requirements and input to roadmap priorities.
- Measurement & Performance
- Define and track key metrics, including procurement platform performance, platform adoption, transaction success, buying journey conversion, and customer experience quality across channels.
- Use data to prioritize improvements, build business cases, and measure the impact of integration investments.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise platform integrations, digital commerce, eProcurement, or B2B channel technology.
- Strong working knowledge of B2B integration patterns: punchout catalogs (cXML/OCI), EDI, API-based ordering, and catalog syndication.
- Experience working directly with enterprise software vendors, ERP platforms, commerce platforms, or platform partners in a technical, product, strategy, partnership, or business development capacity.
- Understanding of enterprise IT procurement workflows and how large organizations standardize technology purchasing.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority.
- Strong business-process fluency with the ability to translate technical integration concepts into customer, partner, and business priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to prioritize improvements, develop business cases, and measure impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex platform and commerce concepts clearly to leadership and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product management, platform strategy, or digital commerce within a B2B or enterprise environment.
- Experience mapping and optimizing multi-step buying journeys across enterprise customers and channel partners.
- Knowledge of enterprise procurement platforms and how products are surfaced, configured, and transacted within them.

- Experience in B2B eCommerce operations and digital merchandising.
