Our client is a global leader in medical technology and healthcare innovation. Based out of their transformation organization, they are looking to hire a Continuous Improvement Engineer on a Contract basis.

This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in a major enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. The successful candidate will help redesign business processes, improve operational performance, and partner with both business and technology teams to deliver meaningful organizational change. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy driving transformation, aligning stakeholders, and modernizing supply chain operations through technology-enabled process improvement.

Contract Duration

6-12 months with potential extension based on project needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence experience

• Experience supporting SAP implementations or ERP transformation initiatives

• Strong process improvement and business process redesign experience

• Experience working across business and technology teams

• Ability to drive stakeholder alignment and operational change

Desired Skills & Experience

• SAP S/4HANA experience

• Supply chain transformation expertise

• Lean and/or Six Sigma background

• Manufacturing or MedTech industry experience

• Change management experience

Daily Responsibilities

• Support process improvement initiatives across the SAP transformation program

• Analyze current-state processes and identify optimization opportunities

• Design and implement future-state operational processes

• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and project stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement activities throughout the transformation lifecycle

• Help ensure adoption of new processes and best practices
