Position Overview

International Motors is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Night Shift to support our growing San Antonio operation. This hands-on role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on the shop floor, takes ownership of technical challenges, and keeps production running safely and efficiently.

Working alongside Production, Maintenance, Quality, and skilled trades, you will troubleshoot equipment failures, minimize downtime, improve manufacturing processes, and support tooling development and production launches. If you enjoy solving problems, driving continuous improvement, and making a direct impact on production performance, we want you on our team!

This position will initially work Day Shift and will be required to transition to Night Shift as the operation ramps up in early 2027. Day Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM. Night Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM.

As International Motors continues to grow in San Antonio, we are expanding our production operations with the introduction of a night production shift. The night shift is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with production planned to begin in early 2027. This is a salaried position supporting a manufacturing operation. While the primary schedule aligns with the designated production shift, employees are expected to provide operational support as needed to meet business objectives. This may require working outside normal production hours, including extended shifts, production startup activities, recovery efforts, and occasional weekend support based on operational requirements.

Shift Differential: 10% differential upon transitioning to Night Shift work schedule.
