As an Account Manager Associate, you'll join a Surety Bond team and support the day-to-day activities that help deliver service to clients and carrier partners. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who is ready to build a career in the insurance and surety industry. No previous job-related experience is required.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you'll gain exposure to surety bonds, the renewal process, client account servicing activities, and the preparation of submissions and supporting information. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, learn how surety accounts are managed, and develop the knowledge needed to progress into an Account Manager position. Employees generally move into an Account Manager role upon licensing, typically within one year.

If you're someone who enjoys learning, communicating with others, staying organized, and contributing to a team environment, this role offers an opportunity to build valuable industry experience while developing your professional skills.

You'll support the Surety Bond team throughout the renewal process by helping gather information, preparing submissions, and assisting with account servicing activities. Your work will help ensure that important information is organized, accurate, and available when needed.

Day to day, you'll follow up on new and renewal business, assist with quotations, and provide administrative support that helps the broader account team serve clients efficiently. You'll also gain exposure to surety bond transactions and documentation while supporting the team in meeting client needs and maintaining relationships with carrier partners.

As you build your knowledge and understanding of the business, you'll work alongside colleagues who can help you develop the skills needed for future growth. This role provides an opportunity to learn how surety bond accounts are supported while gaining experience across multiple aspects of the account management process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the renewal process for surety bond accounts
  • Preparing submissions and gathering required information
  • Following up on new business and renewal opportunities
