Join us, and you'll have an important role in continuing Apple's legacy of efficiency and success.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager, Finance Transformation to lead strategic initiatives that modernize and optimize our global business processes, workflows, and operational systems. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping the future state of our enterprise capabilities, leveraging technology, process re-engineering, and data analytics to enhance the efficiency, quality, and strategic impact of finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of operational and systems acumen, robust program/project management expertise, a proven ability to influence, and a passion for innovation in transforming complex business workflows to ensure operational excellence, data integrity, and a robust control framework.

The Senior Program Manager, Finance Transformation will develop and execute a clear vision and roadmap for transforming core finance processes, operational systems, and workflows. This individual should have strong analytical skills and be willing to work at both a detailed and a strategic level.

Responsibilities

  • Own the program plan, timeline, and cross-functional coordination for a portfolio of concurrent transformation initiatives, in close collaboration with Finance leadership, IS&T, PMO, and business units.
  • Redesign end-to-end workflows to strengthen controls, data accuracy, and scalability through automation, and evaluate new enterprise technologies, including Generative AI, to automate tasks and enable analytics such as anomaly detection and compliance tracking.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, finance, operations, or systems consulting, including leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with core finance and accounting processes (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, controllership), including redesigning for scale, accuracy, and control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience redesigning end-to-end finance workflows across cross-functional teams to improve quality controls and data accuracy, with working knowledge of regulatory and internal-controls frameworks (e.g., SOX).
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving change in complex organizations.
  • Familiarity applying emerging technologies, such as Generative AI, to finance operations (e.g., anomaly detection, automated monitoring, compliance tracking).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting strategy, progress, and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information in a fast-paced environment, and a habit of bringing solutions along with problems.
  • Curiosity and rigor in tracing issues to root cause, with strict discretion around confidential financial and strategic information.
