VEHICLE OPERATOR SHIFT SUPERVISOR – $36/HR
Location: Houston, TX Pay: $36 Per Hour Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Job Type: Contract Call 269-408-6738 7 AM to 7 PM daily
Available Shifts:
-
Morning: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
-
Evening: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
-
Work Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Friday–Tuesday.
Job Duties:
-
Supervise a team of autonomous vehicle operators.
-
Help with daily vehicle testing and operations.
-
Make sure employees follow safety procedures.
-
Train, coach, and support team members.
-
Manage schedules and daily assignments.
-
Monitor employee performance.
-
Report vehicle or technical issues.
-
Work alongside operators when needed.
Requirements:
-
At least 12 months of autonomous vehicle operator experience.
-
Excellent driving record.
-
Strong leadership and communication skills.
-
Good problem-solving abilities.
-
Comfortable working with vehicle technology.
-
Previous supervisor or team lead experience preferred.
