  • Operational Excellence: Oversee managed care rebate/fee eligibility, calculations, and validation while monitoring operational KPIs and service-level metrics to maximize efficiency and contract pull-through.
  • Process & Digital Innovation: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across contracting workflows by leveraging AI, data analytics, and process automation to elevate agility.
  • Leadership & Upskilling: Coach, empower, and mentor team members across cross-portfolio initiatives, elevating core competencies from initial contract design through ongoing management.

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare managed, legal, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 12+ years of cross-functional experience in market access, account management, contract negotiations, or strategic operations within pharma/biotech (or 8+ years with an advanced degree).
  • Domain & Segment Expertise: Expert understanding of market access contracting, implementation strategies, and compliance, with preferred expertise in provider dynamics (health systems, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, infusion providers, and GPOs).

  • Executive Communication & Influence: Proven ability to translate complex commercial, legal, and operational trade-offs to various internal and external stakeholders, successfully influencing cross-functionally.
  • Systems Thinking & Operational Governance: Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with a track record of using data to craft holistic solutions, establish operational KPIs, and drive continuous performance excellence.
  • Change Leadership & Innovation: Demonstrated success leading teams through product launches paired with hands-on experience or strong capability in driving digital transformation and process automation.

Preferred Experience

  • Advanced Degree: MBA, PhD, or Master’s in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
