Appliance and Electronics Sales AssociateRC Willey is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Associate to assist customers in the Appliance and Electronics department. In this role, you’ll greet customers, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations to meet or exceed their expectations. You’ll also follow up with customers through callbacks, client cards, and thank-you notes to ensure satisfaction. We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing exceptional service and upholding RC Willey’s high standards of customer care and professionalism.  Compensation during the first 3-months will be paid a training wage of $25 per hour. After training is complete, our sales associates will earn minimum wage and have the potential to earn a lucrative incentives based on sales performance.  Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers, determine their needs and address any related questions or concernsEnsure customer needs are taken care of and expectations have been met/exceededFollow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank-you notesAll other duties as assigned Skills and QualificationsExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsPrevious sales experience helpful, but a great attitude is essentialSelf-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goalsDependable, presentable and personable with the publicBasic computer and typing skills neededMust be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks Ready to join the team?  Working with us is more than just a paycheck– it’s about being part of an organization that values connection and community.
