Acura of Highland Park is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Manager in Highland Park, IL. This role is ideal for an experienced dealership sales leader who can desk deals, coach sales consultants, manage CRM follow-up, and drive both sales volume and gross profit in a structured, professional environment.

• Job type: Full-time • Location: Highland Park, IL • Work setting: In-person dealership role • Schedule: Dealership schedule; evenings and weekends may be required • Compensation: $80,000–$140,000 per year, based on experience, performance, and dealership results

What You’ll Do

• Desk and structure deals to support profitability, lender compliance, and customer satisfaction • Lead, coach, and develop sales consultants through daily training and performance feedback • Improve close rates, appointment show rates, lead response, and follow-up consistency • Hold the team accountable for CRM usage, sales process execution, and customer experience standards • Support inventory strategy, pricing conversations, deal flow, and sales performance goals • Maintain a structured, professional, and results-focused sales environment • Step into customer negotiations when needed to help close business

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive sales management or dealership sales leadership experience required • Strong desking and deal-structuring ability • Proven ability to coach, train, motivate, and hold salespeople accountable • Strong understanding of gross profit, sales volume, lead management, and customer satisfaction • Comfortable using CRM tools and following up on internet, phone, and showroom leads • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership • Professional communication style and ownership mindset
