What You’ll Do

• Welcome and guide clients—both in the showroom and through digital channels—with a consultative, no-pressure approach

• Uncover needs and match them to the right Bentley models, features, and options

• Conduct polished walkarounds, test drives, and feature presentations

• Collaborate with finance and service teams to deliver a seamless, white-glove buying experience

• Build long-term relationships through consistent, professional follow-up that drives referrals and repeat business

• Stay sharp on product knowledge, current inventory, and promotions

• Help maintain a pristine presentation of our inventory and meet performance goals

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of helping people

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a professional presence

• Comfortable using CRM tools and modern sales technology

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends)

• Prior automotive or luxury retail sales experience is a plus—but not required. We provide comprehensive training.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a valuable advantage
