About the job
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive based in the United States.
As an Account Executive, you will drive mid-market sales for innovative robotic palletizing solutions designed to transform industrial automation. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and closing deals. Working with manufacturing, logistics, and third-party logistics (3PL) businesses, you will engage operations leaders, plant managers, engineering teams, and business owners. You will take a consultative approach to uncover operational challenges, assess technical requirements, and demonstrate measurable business value. In this fast-paced startup environment, you will work closely with go-to-market and deployment teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs. You will focus on building a healthy pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts, and closing high-value deals within relatively short sales cycles. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to commercial growth while helping businesses adopt more flexible, cost-effective robotic automation.

Accountabilities: You will own the full sales process, develop customer relationships, and deliver revenue growth by connecting industrial businesses with robotic palletizing solutions that address their operational needs.
-
Manage the complete sales cycle, from pipeline creation and prospecting through discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, and closing.
-
Execute a fast-paced, discovery-led sales approach to identify technical requirements, operational pain points, purchasing priorities, and budget alignment.
-
Build relationships with key decision-makers, including Operations Managers, Engineering Leads, plant managers, owners, and vice presidents.
-
Sell robotic palletizing solutions to mid-market customers across manufacturing, logistics, and third-party logistics environments.
-
Manage a healthy sales pipeline, prioritizing opportunities with strong potential for conversion and efficient sales cycles.
-
Drive deals from initial engagement to close while maintaining a focus on win rates and revenue targets.
-
Collaborate with go-to-market and deployment teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and can be implemented effectively.
-
Maintain accurate opportunity records, deal tracking, and sales forecasts using HubSpot or an equivalent CRM platform.
-
Provide customer and market feedback to improve sales playbooks, ideal customer profiles, targeting strategies, and commercial offerings.
-
Navigate complex purchasing processes and coordinate multiple stakeholders throughout the buying journey.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative B2B sales, experience closing high-value deals, and the ability to communicate both the technical and operational benefits of industrial technology solutions.
-
4–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automation, robotics, capital equipment, or industrial technology.
-
Proven ability to consistently close deals valued between $50,000 and $250,000 in a consultative or solution-based sales environment.
-
Experience managing sales cycles typically lasting 2–6 months, with the ability to maintain momentum through complex purchasing processes.
-
Strong understanding of technical and operational value propositions, with the ability to connect product capabilities to customer business outcomes.
-
Experience selling to mid-market organizations and engaging stakeholders across operations, engineering, and executive leadership.
-
Ability to manage multiple decision-makers and navigate facility-level purchasing requirements.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
-
Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and deal-closing capabilities.
-
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and disciplined forecasting practices.
-
A proactive, action-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact startup environment.
-
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with commercial and technical teams.
