About the job
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Anza Exchange GM based in the United States.
Are you an entrepreneurial leader ready to build and scale a new B2B marketplace from the ground up? In this role, you will take ownership of a live marketplace pilot and transform it into a growing business connecting buyers and sellers of critical energy and industrial equipment. You will lead the business end to end, shaping its strategy, product roadmap, commercial development, team structure, and financial performance. Working directly with executive leadership and engineering teams, you will turn market opportunities into scalable products, efficient transaction workflows, and measurable business results. You will drive both sides of the marketplace by attracting equipment suppliers, activating buyers, and creating a seamless experience that encourages repeat transactions. This founding leadership opportunity combines strategic decision-making with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, technology-enabled environment. If you have experience scaling marketplaces or transaction-driven B2B businesses and thrive on building new ventures, this role offers the opportunity to shape an innovative platform addressing critical supply chain challenges.
