<p><strong style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Restaurant Manager:</strong></p><p><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Restaurant managers are responsible for managing the overall operations of the restaurant and in building strong teams that provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will recruit, select, train and develop restaurant employees. You will also utilize management information tools to analyze restaurant operation and financial performance.</span></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Key Duties/ Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Demonstrate a passion for the business</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Serve as a strong role model who motivate and inspire employees</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Are able to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Listen to and take customers orders</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Operate a cash register </span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Read video monitors. </span></li></ul><p><strong style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Must have the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Have good organization and planning skills.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Knowledge of food safety best practices</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Knowledge of budgeting food cost and sales</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Basic knowledge of personal computer and related software applications</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and accepts responsibility.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Physically must be able to stand and walk 90-95% of shift</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24);">Lift and carry 15-25 lbs</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><em style="color: rgb(41, 42, 46);">This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc.
