First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a collaborative, customer-focused and team-oriented Teller to join our Lahaina Branch.

Compensation:

The salary range for the role is $23.00 - $26.50/hour* (commensurate with experience); plus sales incentives

The advertised salary range reflects a location-based premium offered at select branch locations.*

Work Schedule:

**Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Rotational Saturday 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)

Responsibilities

As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.

Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will have:

**- High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Personal alignment with our core values – Caring, Character, and Collaboration
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers
• Attention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
• Sales advisory skills to education customers on products and services
